The study of the effectiveness about the establishment sexual identity through the sex education of the physical handicapped youths

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to show the effectiveness of establishment sexual identity through the acquirement of sex-knowledge program, sexual desire-alternation activity program for the physical handicapped youths.
This study is based on the results of program which carried out between May 28, 2000-Dec. 9. This program was composed of subprograms such as understanding about the right sex, expressing about sexagony, the methods of accepting sex-information, the sexual desire-alternation activities.
The method of research was to investigate them by the degree of self-esteem and question-evaluation before the program and after program, to compare and to analyze change. SPSS statistics program was utilized for performing the evaluation about the knowledge and the attitude of the sex. And the Paired T-Test was used as the methods of statistics.
As a result, sex education program for the physical handicapped youths influenced very positively about the acquirement of sex-knowledge and the establishment sexual identity.
